Healthy Working Life: Employer Support

"Inclusion at work means being listened to and being understood. It means that I am valued and that they care about my wellbeing, and it helps me to perform much better." - Tiffany, Employment and Skills participant.

Building an inclusive workplace starts with the right support.

Healthy Working Life provides free, personalised support to employers across Leeds to recruit, retain and develop talented people who may face barriers to employment.
