The C4 and 4Skills team seeks out talent and gives it somewhere to grow. It doesn't matter how old you are or where you come from; it's what you're passionate about that interests us. Whatever that may be, we're here to help you find that first opportunity. So, where would you like to go?
One department, 14-36 months, and a Level 2, 3, 4 or 6 qualification in a related subject at the end of it. You'll learn who's who, what's what and where your department sits in the overall scheme of things. A range of in-depth projects will immerse you in the detail and count towards your qualification. We're not looking for specific qualifications, but you will need to impress us with your passion for your chosen area and have the potential to stand out from the crowd.
Every year, we offer a range of departments from HR, Production, Finance, Digital Marketing and so many more! No prior experience needed, all we are looking for is passion for your chosen department and the drive to make this most of this fantastic opportunity.
