Discovering Apprenticeships Presentations
A series of informative sessions aimed at parents, carers, and young people, to provide insights into apprenticeships.
These presentations are scheduled to take place on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of December 2024, from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at Leeds Beckett University Lecture Theatres, Rose Bowl Building, Portland Crescent, Leeds LS1 3HB.
Designed to be engaging and informative, featuring presentations from different employers, providing a comprehensive view of the apprenticeship landscape.
This initiative is part of the Leeds City Council Employment & Skills Service's efforts to facilitate informed decision-making about future career paths for young individuals and their families.
You will be able to find out about what apprenticeships involve, how to apply, what employers are looking for and much more. You'll also hear from apprentices who will talk about their journeys and experiences of gaining qualifications whilst earning a salary.
