This year marks the launch of a new, city-wide careers, jobs, and training fair, offering a refreshed approach to bringing opportunities and talent together across Leeds and the wider region.

For the first time, we are combining three major events into one ambitious, inclusive offer:

  • Leeds Digital Careers Fair
  • Leeds Creative Skills Festival
  • SEND Next Choice Event

By combining these events, Careers in Leeds creates a city-wide showcase of opportunity, allowing visitors to explore the breadth of careers, sectors and pathways available across Leeds and the wider region - all in one place.

A sector-focused experience

The event will shine a spotlight on the wide variety of sectors represented across Leeds, helping visitors discover career paths they may never have considered. By bringing so many different worlds of work together under one roof, we will make it easy to explore what’s out there and find the opportunities that inspire.

Exhibitors

Careers in Leeds offers employers, training providers and organisations the chance to exhibit at a large-scale, high-impact event designed to connect people with real opportunities.

By exhibiting, you can:

  • Promote live job vacancies, apprenticeships, courses or training routes
  • Engage face-to-face with a wide and diverse audience
  • Raise awareness of your organisation, sector and career pathways
  • Inspire people who may not have previously considered your industry

The event brings together multiple sectors in one space, making it easy for visitors to explore different career options while enabling exhibitors to access a broader talent pool in a single day.

Visitors

Careers in Leeds is open to anyone considering their next move — whether you’re looking for a job, training, an apprenticeship, or simply exploring career ideas.

At the event, visitors will be able to:

  • Meet employers and training providers from across Leeds
  • Explore a wide range of sectors and career pathways
  • Get practical support such as CV advice, interview tips and employability guidance
  • Learn about local jobs, courses and progression routes

The event has been designed to be inclusive and welcoming. A dedicated support area will offer tailored guidance, including support for people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The first hour of the event will be a relaxed, quiet period, providing a calmer, low-sensory environment for those who may benefit from it.
